Help with Pour Decisions
A pour that won’t behave, a regular who stopped coming in, or a bug? Write to info@playrally.app and the developer will answer, usually within two days.
Reporting a bug? Please include your phone model, the night you were on, the drink you were making, and what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
How do I pour?
With motion controls on, tip your phone like a bottle: the further you tip, the faster it pours. Watch the band on the glass and level your phone when the drink reaches it. With touch controls, hold the round button to pour; the longer you hold, the faster it flows. Every drink also works by touch.
How do I shake?
Grip your phone firmly and shake it like a cocktail shaker until the ring fills into the frost zone, then stop. With touch controls, drag the shaker up and down. Please hold on tight: don’t let go of your phone, and play shaking drinks sitting or standing, not lying down.
Motion controls aren’t working
Open Settings → Test your phone and tap Start: you should see the tilt and the shake count change as you move. If nothing moves, make sure motion controls are on in Settings. On iPhone the game asks to use motion the first time; if you declined, you can turn motion controls on again in the game’s Settings. You can always play with touch controls instead.
Where is my progress saved?
On your phone only. There is no account and no cloud save, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes your progress. Updating the game keeps it.
The shop, gems and boosters
Tips buy upgrades and let you learn drinks before their night. Gems, which you earn for three-star nights and every new heart, invite regulars to the bar early. The Free tab has optional ads for tips, gems and one-night boosters. There are no purchases in the game.
An ad did not load
Ads need an internet connection, and sometimes none is available to show. Nothing is lost when that happens, or when you close an ad early: just try again later. Each ad you watch to the end rewards you once. If an ad seems inappropriate, use Settings → Report an ad.
She hasn’t texted back
Regulars text between shifts, during the day, and never more than once a day each. Allow notifications to hear about it, or check the Phone tab after a night.
How do I start over?
Settings → Start over erases your nights, tips, upgrades and every conversation on this phone. It cannot be undone. To see the how-to tips again without erasing anything, use Settings → Replay Dee’s tips.
Privacy
Pour Decisions needs no account, your progress never leaves your phone, and motion readings are used on the device only. The game’s ads come from Google AdMob. The privacy policy has the details.
